These Terms and Conditions govern:

• The use of the website www.temahome.com;
• Access to the available content;
• The purchase of products through the online store;
• The rights and obligations between Temabrands Solutions, LDA and its customers.

By using this website or placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

TemaHome markets furniture and decorative items for residential and professional use.

The information presented regarding products is provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, images, renders, photographs, measurements, finishes, and descriptions are for indicative purposes only.

There may be slight differences between the digital representation of products and the products actually delivered.

Many TemaHome products incorporate natural materials, including solid wood, wood veneers, stone, fabrics, or other organic materials.

For this reason, natural variations may occur in:

• Color;
• Tone;
• Grain;
• Texture;
• Natural patterns.

These characteristics are inherent to the materials used and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

All products displayed are subject to stock availability.

In the event of total or partial unavailability after an order is placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to:

• Wait for restocking;
• Replace with another product;
• Request a full refund of the amounts paid.

All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.

Shipping costs are presented separately before final order confirmation.

TemaHome reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed.

In the case of an obvious pricing error due to technical or human failure, the order may be canceled after informing the customer.

To place an order, the customer must:

1. Select the desired products;
2. Add them to the cart;
3. Fill in the required information;
4. Choose the payment method;
5. Confirm the order.

After completing the purchase, an automatic confirmation email will be sent.

The order is only considered accepted after payment validation.

Payments may be made through the methods available on the platform, namely:

• Credit Card;
• Debit Card;
• MB Way;
• Multibanco;
• PayPal;
• Klarna (when available);
• Other methods available at checkout.

TemaHome does not store customers’ banking data.

TemaHome delivers within Portugal.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

• Product availability;
• Delivery location;
• Promotional periods;
• Force majeure situations.

TemaHome cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, including carriers.

Upon receipt, the customer must check:

• The condition of the packaging;
• The number of packages;
• The apparent integrity of the products.

Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to TemaHome within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied disassembled and accompanied by assembly instructions.

TemaHome is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Incorrect assembly;
• Modifications carried out by the customer;
• Improper use;
• Installation by unqualified third parties.

Under applicable Portuguese law, the consumer has a period of 14 days after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your intention to:

The product must be returned:

• Complete;
• Unused;
• In perfect condition;
• In its original packaging.

After verification of the product’s condition, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The following cannot be returned:

• Customized products;
• Made-to-measure products;
• Products produced specifically for the customer;
• Products damaged after delivery;
• Assembled or used products.

Unless due to an error attributable to TemaHome or a manufacturing defect, return costs will be borne by the customer.

All products benefit from the legal warranty provided under applicable Portuguese and European legislation.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper use;
• Accidental damage;
• Lack of proper maintenance;
• Modifications carried out by third parties.

TemaHome undertakes to respond as quickly as possible.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Temabrands Solutions, LDA. or is used with authorization from the respective rights holders.

This includes:

• Photographs;
• Renders;
• Videos;
• Drawings;
• 3D models;
• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Texts;
• Catalogues.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
• Applicable Portuguese legislation.

TemaHome develops and manufactures its products in Portugal.
